Privacy notice
This notice explains the current website implementation. It should be reviewed whenever hosting, email, analytics, or engagement systems change.
Information you submit
The assessment form collects contact details and the workflow context you choose to provide. The form warns against submitting confidential, regulated, or secret material. Submissions are delivered to the configured business mailbox through the configured SMTP provider; the website does not currently save a separate contact database.
Purpose and retention
Enquiry data is used to assess fit, respond, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business correspondence. Messages remain subject to the retention and security controls of the configured mailbox and email provider. Retention may also be required for contractual, tax, dispute, or legal obligations.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics load only after you select “Allow analytics.” The preference is stored in your browser. Selecting “Continue without analytics” leaves those analytics integrations unloaded. Hosting infrastructure may still process technical request data needed to operate and protect the site.
Service providers and links
Relevant providers may include the website host, the configured email service, and—only with consent—the analytics services above. The Upwork profile is an external site with its own privacy terms.
Your choices
Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change or withdraw consent. After consent, campaign labels and the first landing path are stored for the browser session and may accompany an enquiry. Arbitrary query strings and form contents are not sent as analytics event parameters. Without consent, campaign attribution is not attached. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, choose “Privacy / data request” on the short contact form; no project budget is required. The response will explain what can be fulfilled under applicable obligations.
